Un, no offense, but this is a clear example of corruption.

Pelosi will be screaming "culture of corruption"Yeah but she should look in the mirror. It is her party that is corrupting the culture, especially the children.

yep, they act like they are so above anything like this.
Of course they defended Clinton

A sad day, he was a good man.
Maybe once, many moons ago, but not anymore:
Cunningham answered "yes, Your Honor" when asked by U.S. District Judge Larry Burns if he had accepted bribes from someone in exchange for his performance of official duties.

It might be time to whip out my "I told you so" list?
Naw, I'll just hold on to it for now.

"DEAD MEAT!"
Remember that?
To: HitmanNY
Oh, I agree this is certainly corruption. It's just that they act they are immune from it.
To: ncountylee
A sad day, he was a good man. He admitted to taking bribes, and resigned. He is NOT a good man by any definition that matters to the general public. He might be a good student, or a good tennis player, but he is not a good man.

A sad day, he was a good man. To quote a line, he still is a good man.
He made some bad decisions, but he's admitted his failures and is willing to take the consequences and make amends as best he can.
We all make mistakes - some of us are in positions to make bigger mistakes than others.

I remember hearing that T. Kennedy sold his VA house to someone with Arab links for way above his asking price. It was not considered influence buying or corruption, mind you. Anybody else remember that?
