NIGERGATE: THE ISLAMIC NUCLEAR BOMB
IL GIORNALE ^ | November 28, 2005 | Gian Marco Chiocci

NIGERGATE: THE ISLAMIC NUCLEAR BOMB Details of the hidden links between the Pakistani nuclear bomb scientist, Abdul Qader Khan, and a series of Arab nations. Did the false Niger documents serve the purpose of covering the danger of the Islamic bomb? Khan, as will be detailed in a follow-up to this article, was present in Niger in 1999 while at the same time dealing with the Iraqi’s. All of this under the ever vigilant eyes of the French.

The Islamic atom bomb is on the market: The threat to Israel is real.

By Gian Marco Chiocci

Washington, November 28 2005

According to the intelligence services a ‘nuclear club’ with plenty of members exists, all tied to Khan, the creator of Pakistans bomb.

The race amongst the powers in the near east to acquire nuclear arms is no longer simply a threat: the Islamic bomb, assembled in Pakistans atomic supermarket, is already available. The bomb has a number of clients, even amongst those Arab countries considered as being close allies of the west. The latest intelligence information points to a u-turn in the proliferation of arms of mass destruction, the attempt to make a nuclear bomb corresponds to a precise strategy in the arab-israeli conflict: put Israel into a corner through the use of the «nuclear deterrent», the principal of mutualy assured destruction which, in the years following the second world war, was a factor of stability between east and west. The reasoning that brought together countries hostile to terrorism and nations who consider Tel Aviv an enemy is that of the «just cause»: faced with an antagonist nuclear power –they say- it is only just that a block of countries possess the same weapon. A dangerous policy if, in the future, Israel is put under pressure not by a moderate political class but by an extremist fringe, one similar to that currently in power in Tehran for example. Intelligence reports describe a continuous buying and selling of transport units capable of carrying a nuclear device for hundeds or thousands of kilometres. Over time numerous Arab countries have acquired Shahab3, Hafts-Shaheen, Ghauri, Ghaznavi, Abdali, Tibu and Nodong (Korean) missiles. Each chose a guidance system according to that offered by dual use technology but all have calculated, as range, the capacity to strike the heart of Israel. Amongst intelligence analysts this modus operandi is called «concentric circle target»: both the nearest and the most distant Arab states, being in possession of the means to calibrate a missiles flight path with precision, would be able to pulverise Israel through a massive concentric attack that would not allow any possibility for defence or reaction. These apocalyptic scenes, thought up by the counter-proliferation divisions of the western services, have been radically modified since the Libyan leader, Gheddafi, dismantled his arms of mass destruction program. A strike below the belt to the promoters of the Islamic bomb in that Gheddafi’s actions brought to the light the «nuclear club» which has more members than is generally imagined all of whom tied to the Abdul Qader Khan network, the father of Pakistans atomic bomb was first arrested and then released following a public appology which didn’t really convince anyone. Assuming full responsability for the transfer of Pakistani nuclear technology to Iran, Libya and North Korea, Khan saved his skin and his face when he was able to calm the anger of the USA and save the Pakistani 007’s. However, as the director of the Iaea, Mohamed El Baradei, affirmed on February 5, 2004, Mr Khan is only the «tip of the nuclear traffic iceberg». Together with a group of partners, scientists, engineers and military the know-how behind the Islamic bomb was transferred to the most unlikely places. John Bolton hinted at the existence of at least another four countries, all signatories to the NPT, who have violated the rules with help from the Khan network. Thus Libya, Iran and North Korea are not the only beneficiaries of the services of the Pakistani scientists. Thus the Khan network, secretely financed by moderate Arab countries, is more than a nuclear supermarket: it is the political- scientific-religious binding factor of the Islamisation of the nuclear device. At this point the comments of the intelligence community become intense and convergent. At the topo of the list Saudi Arabia, where Khan was at home, and where links dating back to the beginning of the eighties, to the financing of Pakistans nuclear program can be found. Not only this but traces of the recent acquisition of missiles (even the Chinese Df3) exist. A Saudi prince personally visited the Khan Research Laboratories on the eve of the nuclear tests in 1998. Following closely is Syria, frequently visited by Khan and his emisaries, with an arsenal of modified Nodong and Scud missiles. Then follows Egypt, another country visited in great secret by the Pakistani scientist, which according to the secret services negotiated the purchase of 50 North Korean missiles and requested the collaboration of Pakistan in the development of its nuclear program. In particular in completing the plant for the production of hexafluoro of uranium at Inchas. In fourth place is Algeria with its ghost site of Ain Oussera, 140 kilometers from the capital, that hosts a 15 megawatt Chinese reactor. This reactors existence was suspected for years, the local governement always denied it existed. The truth is that it was discovered by a British citizen who was then arrested for spying. European intelligence sources suggest that the plant has quite a different scope to the declared production of energy for the treatment of sea water. In the anaysis of the specialists over the last ten years there have been a number of probable or verified supporters of Khan and his partners. Kuwait, Morocco and the unsuspectable United Arab Emirates where the Pakistani scientist was involved in a series of obscure financial transactions. Khan visited the Emirates on tens of occassions in the four years preceeding his arrest. From Dubai the German ship Bbc-china left for Libya under te supervision of a Swiss engineer. The ship, intercepted in Italian waters, was found to be transporting components for centrifuges (aluminium tubes and molecular pumps) assembled by the well known Skomi Precision Engineering company between Malaysia and Sri Lanka, countries in which Khan worked a lot and stated up a cover activity in the field of tourism. In the country of Sandokan the pirate Khan installed logistic structures for the production of centrifuges (as was later confirmed by Saif al-Isla Gheddafi, the Libyan leaders son). Following this is North Korea (hexafluoro of uranium and a procurement network) of which much is already known. This is without talking about Iran, whose Shahab3 ballistic missiles are capable of reaching Israel, or of the nuclear technology of Pakistani origin applied for the enrichment of uranium and plutonium in the underground sites in Natans and Areak, or in those of Parchin and Lavizan. From Khan Teheran obtained a list of names of the DIY nuclear market. Last of all Sudan and the Ivory Coast, where Al Qaida feels quite at home, just like in Afghanistan where Bin Laden’s officers dealt in atomic secrets with other sponsors of the Islamic bomb, the Pakistani scientists Sultan Bashir-Ud-Din Mahmood and Chaudi Abdul Majeed. The architect of the Islamic bomb has brought forward his dream for over 15 years, he has broken laws and embargoes, he has exported centrifuges for the treatment of uranium and instructions for the development of nuclear bombs. He has travelled all over the world building golden bridges. He did not only move for money but also for the ideals described in the book ‘The islamic bomb’, written for him by the Pakistani author-editor Zahid Malik in 1988. In the same year a certain Osama Bin Laden, unknown to the masses, made one of his first planetary speeches at the end of which he complimented Islamabad’s nuclear program, or should we say Dr. Khan’s dream having come true. Hmm...seems to me that it's time to blow the lid off "Able Danger", and put the screws to the left-wing CIA jerks (Including Plame and Wilson) who are in volved with Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity! Also time to clean house of ALL Gub'Mint agencies to root out the anti-American/Left wing elements!

Don't forget that GHWB was CIA as well, so either this was a revenge op against the Bush Clan, or it's all part of some Left-Wing/Marxist Cabal move to run a shadow Gub'Mint counter to Americas' interests...or it could be all part of some New World Order GWB buy-in...as much as I dislike Bush's OBL crap, I'd have to don a HUGE amount of tin-foil for me to believe the last one.
