Yeah but when the rat is the size of a horse... it would send anyone into a tizzy.

It might as well have been--it was about the size of a small to medium-sized dog at least. I've never seen anything jump like it did ever--to the top of a third story apartment building. I looked at it for a bit, then closed the balcony door. Just as I did, it leaped back down to the ground passing just by the screen door. I kept that thing shut for a while.

Don't blame you...Saw some rats like that here.. we have roof rats in arizona... was at a friend apartment.. walked outside and say one on the roof across from here apartment and said man that is a big cat. then I realized that it was not a cat. not fun...
