Republicans didn't steal anything. The dems throw our religion in our face's like it was a bad thing. And they've worked diligently for years at making it seem like there's something wrong with you if you're a Christian.

In fact, that's one of the reasons I became a Republican. Because the dems kept throwing my belief in God in my face like it was a terrible thing. The other reason was because I believe in being honest. And when I spoke the truth around them, I had a fight on my hands.

I hadn't voted in years. I think I'd only voted once in my whole life. Wasn't even thinking about politics. And then they started this hate Bush crap on the mp3.com music message board. That's where I used to hang out. I was all about the music back then.

I soon found that no lie is beneath the dems as long as they think it will make President Bush look bad. And that's how I ended up on my road to becoming a Republican. By saying, "Um, excuse me but that's not true, this is what really happened." And then the fight was on!! LOL!!

It looks to me like this guy here is trying to pull an about face. The dems spent years trashing Christians but now they must figure they best start doing an about face and fast because President Bush got so much of the Christian vote.

And what better way to do it then try to blame it on who? The Republicans of course. Blame the Republicans for what the dems did.

He's probably just the first of many dems who will try this tactic. Kinda like the younger spoiled child pulls the hair of it's older sibling and then runs and yells to Mommy, blames it on the older innocent child? And then the older innocent child is left trying to explain that they didn't do anything, except get their hair pulled. And all the while the younger spoiled little brat is peaking out from behind their Mommy and laughing at the older innocent sibling's trying to explain their innocence.

Yep, that's the dems way of doing things.

Such as it is with Islam. There can be no "reformation". Mohammed was the "last prophet".

Those who want to reject "radical" Islam, jihad, slaves, the 3 tiered legal system, etc. must reject Mad Man Mo's cultist interpretation of the Judeo-Christian text and return to the original (and unchanged) source.

Muslims who want "reform" should seek to become Jews (if they still refuse to accept Jesus as the Son of God) or Christians.

The deep seated antisemitism among even "moderate" muslims will mean few conversions to Judaism. Too much of a turn around of heart and mind.

Some Democrats face the same challenge with becoming a Republican.

Conservatives have turned Jesus Christ upside-down: from a loving Messiah who hung out with the poor and dispossessed, into a cold-hearted monster who cares only for the rich and powerful.

I am both Catholic and conservative and I've yet to see this. Put down whatever it is your drinking.

Hey Bill, you did a ten-spot at the seminary and you came out a pro-abortion, pro-sodomy, anti-Christian bigot?

Dude, I'd ask for my money back.

Come on Bill!
We left y'all the franchise for "liberation theology",
"social justice" and lots of other repulsive buzz-word ideologies.

Y'all have been calling those thangs "religion" for years and you're welcome to them.
Gratis.

"I have a degree in sacred theology."

Obviously all degrees in sacred theology are not created equally.

Press is a "maroon".

The Republicans became influential in the Church(es) because the "Liberals, moderates and progressives of all faiths" abandoned them for the siren lure of socialism.

Verying interesting analogy and certain some Dims clearly have grown up with the GOP being worse than the devil and given the choice devil or GOP opt for devil.

"I was an altar boy."

You know when they start with that line it's gonna be bad. The "some of my best friends are ______" syndrome.

The Republicans found Christmas in the trash can after the Dems nearly succeeded in getting it taken to the dump. Taking it out of the can, washing it off, and setting it back up is not exactly stealing. Just look at it as recycling, Dems.

One man's trash is another man's treasure. They are just jealous we are using their trash and now they want it back. So they can hide it in the attic.

I don't want this guy in my church. I hope he stays outside. I'd rather have drug addicts than a dishonest liberal/communist using religion for leverage to push his suppressive/elitist ideology of dictitorial-Marxism. Bastard.

"I was an altar boy."

I bet Castro, Guevara, and Chavez could say the same.

Well with all the evidence he has provided to support this accusation I am convinced.

Sorry, Bill. Your particular brand of liberation theology has been discontinued.

Catholicism is no longer the agar in which neo Marxist thinking grows like, well, alge; JPII and now Benedict have brought the Church back on track. The Vatican has given notice that it does not give aid and comfort to any organization that supplants the Gospel with the theology of totalitarianism. The 1960s are over and so, basically, are you.

Your years in the seminary appear to have not had the effect on you that they have had on some very notable padres that I have been privileged to have known. A clue, Bill: it ain't the Gospel according to the DNC.
