Pray to gawd you don't own a car or ride in automobiles. You are at much greater risk from accidents than the lady with the rottwieler for neighbor.

Owning, driving or riding in a car will not terrorize, intimidate or spoil the afternoon for some innocent person mowing their grass.  The beasts we're talking about do that just by their mere existence.

A lot of innocent driver's afternoons are spoiled by drunk, distracted or bad drivers more often than dog bite victims. I think you would be safer spending your time in a room full of weasels, bulldogs and porcupines than driving down the interstate on an average day (especially interstates populated by drug runners and immigrant smugglers). Stay safe.
