One of the few times the denizens of SF did something right was when they prosecuted the two lawyers who owned the dogs that killed a woman. The basis for that prosecution was that the defendants knew or should have known the dogs' vicious tendencies. I suspect it will be fairly easy to prove Mr. Hernandez well knew the vicious tendencies of his dog pack. If so, he could go away for a long and justified time.

That's what should happen, of course. But he's an illegal alien. His "rights" might trump ours.. resulting in the possibility of catch and release deportation. In that case, he'll be back, no worse for wear.
