Well, don't misunderstand. None of us saw this event occur. During Friday evening's Walter Reed "festivities" this particular soldier told us about the baby-killer incident. Yeah I got that and I trust your judgement in believing the story. There was mention of police involvement. That police report, with a statement from the soldier would put the concrete in the shoes, so to speak.

Okay, I see what you're saying. I'd say pursuing this further is a decision this particular soldier would need to make. And right now his biggest concern (IMHO) is recovering from his wounds.
