In mid-September, the Vacaville facility opened the first licensed elderly care unit in a California prison. It offers an even higher level of care than a regular nursing home to inmates who can no longer care for themselves.

I'm tempted to go to prison myself when I turn 65. All the medical care you could ever want for free - plus a warm bed, three meals a day and no worry about day to day expenses. Our prisons sound like Club Med... paid for of course, by the poor taxpayer shmucks.
