Around here, they won't even offer to white drivers. They hit all the brothers and sisters though. Luckily, they are rare in my part of town.
Here in Hampton Roads, they loiter on street corners, but they avoid " white devils". That's okay, because I'd tell them to F off if they approached my vehicle.
Back home in the SF Bay area, I followed one of them around the BART (subway ) station asking for a copy of their rag newspaper. Needless to say, homie wasn't too pleased being bothered by the devil.
