The government raises them (without paying a grazing fee) on our ranch, and kindly permits me (for a fee, naturally) to harvest a couple each year.
Same with the deer.

Here in OK....you hunt for free..on your own property. There is a minimum acreage requirement though....Can't remember what it is though...as I'm still digesting deer jerky.
