We have a kid in my town with a Murder 2 on him for killing a young woman while drag racing.Comment, dude? What might have made the drag racing different than the text messager? Previous conviction? Illegal dragging worse than texting?

what might have made the drag racing different than the text messager? Previous conviction? Illegal dragging worse than texting? Dunno - it made a bit of a stir when they brought that charge. They did justify it by pointing out 90 mph on the main drag in Sat night - should be clear that he was a danger to kill.
