I'm not lawyer, but I don't think this would be classified as homicide. Perhaps a freeper legal eagle can help. Anyone out there?
involuntary manslaughter (IMHO)
I'm not a lawyer either, but this was homicide, and this kid is lucky he's a minor, or he'd be looking at a very serious charge.
