Just foie gras, and I don't blame him. It is a pretty disgusting thing. They force feed geese (I believe). They put a tube down their throats to feed them. This causes their livers to get un-naturally enlarged. Then they make the foi gras from the liver.
Yeah, but the farming and killing of all animals is pretty gruesome. That's why I'm wondering why he's focusing on this one type of food.
