That said...I can't believe the Bush administration is allowing the pairing of Clinton/Rice. It is a subliminal message that she is HIS Secretary of State.
People have a short memory...they remember the latest image they see.

I can't believe it either. I just don't understand why Clinton continues to be put in the limelight by the administration. Strange politics, imo.
