My 76 year old mother wants to drive down from Dallas tomorrow and get rid of it!
She drives and I'll bring the sledge hammer.

What is on the backside of the marker that they are all staring at? I can't see it from here.

they prolly used sandstone cause they know marble or granite won't last anylonger anyway... a hammer or a shotgun don't know the differrence and can make it go away over night. i give it three months. but it'll prolly get wizzed on MUCH sooner than that!!! 8^)

Works for me! She is seriously making the drive down here, and she's spitting mad. She planned on being here tomorrow anyway, but now her trip has purpose. I've never seen her dislike anybody as much as Cindy Sheehan. Not sure if I can hold her back, haha.

That would work, if we could find something that can get that up to a decent velocity.

Her generation saw it all-the depression, WWII, Korea, etc. I can see why she is worked up over this. I hope she gives it to em good!!!!

And her adoring fans in the MSM follow her everywhere she goes...

Anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan (facing) hugs Juan Torres after he was speaking about the death of his son during a memorial ceremony in Crawford, Texas November 25, 2005. Sheehan became an icon for the peace movement after her son Casey Sheehan was killed in Iraq and she held a 26-day vigil near U.S. President George W. Bush's ranch during the summer. Not to mention her three sons (my brothers) and my dad all proudly served. One of my brothers and his wife are active duty. The more I look at this thing the angrier I get. The people of Crawford don't deserve to be punished with this. It doesn't reflect the prevailing sentiments of the community. Sensing I need to take a chill pill before I get myself in trouble.

Off to find my spray paint collection. Anybody want to join me? I was thinking more along the line of chisels. You know, so that we can chip off pieces to take home as souveniers. Like what they did to the Berlin Wall.

I've had my share of trouble with war-protesters. I even had one chasing me because I grabbed his miserable sign and took off with it and destroyed it. The thing is the war-protester was about 6'2" and I am only a 5'3" woman. I wasn't sure what this "peacelover" was going to do if he caught me so I out ran the bastard.
