Hitchens debates Scott Ritter on the Iraq War - 12/20/2005, 7:00 pm, at the Tarrytown Music Hall, Tarrytown, NY Moderated by Laura Flanders. (Metronorth (Hudson Line) gets one from Grand Central Station to the Tarrytown stop in 40 minutes. From there it's an 8 minute walk up the hill to the Tarrytown Music Hall and Metronorth will have trains returning to Manhattan after the debate)
Hitchens does have a daughter. In fact I think he has two.
I agree and I can't imagine they didn't have satellites trained on the countryside -- I've also wondered why we didn't intercept those trucks that kept moving in and out of Syria during that time.
I think it is because of who was driving those trucks, or at the very least, helping out (Germans, French & Russians). We didn't want to escalate an already volatile situation by creating an international incident with so-called "allies." Overall, I think Bush was just trying to buy time -- can't blame him for that as long as he knows the truth about the turncoats. I have seen pictures of inside a nuclear sub owned by Pakistan and all the crew were big blonde haired fair-skinned guys (Russians?). Hmmmm
Sad that the safety of this world has now boiled down to money and who has the most power.
