This is from an old newsletter of an organization that was formed to inform people about the "gay" agenda and promote traditional marriage and morality:

"The other day a young man phoned the office and started the usual tirade - calling me names, asking me why I hate "gays", etc. (As you can imagine, I get quite a few obscene and threatening calls from the homosexual community.) I explained to him that I don't hate homosexuals and that I'm genuinely concerned about thier well-being. I begand explaining our position - we are aginast the promotion and acceptance of homosexuality as a normal alternative lifestyle, but he kept interrupting , obviously not interested in anything I was saying. The name calling continued until finally I told him that unless he wanted to discuss issues in a rational manner, I was going to hang up. He ranted and raved; I hung up.

Surprisingly, he phoned back later in the day and calmly asked if we could talk. He wanted to know more about our organization, so for the next 20 minutes I told him what we are trying to accomplish. Amazingly he said he agreed with me! He said he had read about me in the "gay press" and thought I'd be some fanatical screaming bigot condemning him to hell. He said he was adamantly opposed to the "gay" activists trying to force society to accept their values, and basically he just wanted ot be left alone. He talked at great length about the incredible promiscuity in the homosexual community and agreed with me about the unhealthy nature of homosexual behavior. He had hepatitis B a few years ago, also hepatitis A, but so far he had tested negative for HIV.

I asked if he thought about getting out of the lifestyle - asking for help, contacting a minister, psychiatrist, etc, but he said he was born that way and nothing could be done. Then, he started crying. At first softly moaning, then almost sobbing hysterically about how unhappy he was and how he longs for a stable relationship with someone who cares for him. He said he was sick and tired of the shallowness of the whole "queer" scene - cruising the bars, the one-night stands, the obsession with sex. The last thing he said was "God, I hate myself" and hung up."

Judge for yourselves who has compassion for homosexuals - those who enable them in their suffering, or those who tell the truth and offer help to leave the "gay" life.

Thanks for posting that exchange. If only some people would take a breath, step back and read what we're saying they might realize their assumptions have been wrong all along.

I think Straight Talk Radio is starting to open the eyes of some folks.
