When I opened the turkey there was no instruction book

You're too late.
First boil up some sticky rice.
Then mold tablespoon clumps of rice in to little lumps.
Place strips of raw turkey on them....enjoy with sake and wasabi.
What? You don't have wasabi???... D'oh!
