(However, I'm bringing a little bit of turkey--dining out--for my cats. I know it doesn't make any sense.) Sure it does. Cats are obligate carnivores, and cannot decide on whim to suddenly eat brown rice. They die without taurine.
Highly opinionated PETA members, however, who insist on feeding their dogs brown rice and tofu, are sometimes found eaten by their pets.

I mean, to the farmer, if you can't eat it or sell it, what good is it? Massachusetts has a bill introduced to lessen the penalties for "Marrying" it, however..

Massachusetts has a bill introduced to lessen the penalties for "Marrying" it, however..What would expect from the state that gives us John "F'n" Kerry and Teddy "Hick-up" Kennedy. IMHO, Massachusetts is becoming Kalifornia East....IOW, the land of "fruits and nuts"...

LOL! At least I know I don't make any sense. I'm ahead of the pack there.

I know. BTW, I hate brown rice. And what is taurine? An amino acid that we do not need because we can make it, but cats cannot, so it has to be in their diet.
Another one not essential to humanes is asparagine...The reason why, after eating asparagus...you know...

Tofurkey. No thanks, PETA. I'll take the traditional bird with all the fixings. Happy Thanksgiving all!

That reminds me of the old 'Wacky Packs' stickers from the early 70's. That's hilarious!
