We're having a Happy-Leg-of-Lamb Day at the heavily fortified Redcloak compound. (Though, everyday would be Turkey Day if I lived in Chapaqua! There are times when CA ain't that bad, by comparison.)

Sorry ,
But "Turkey Day" is to Thanksgiving as "Holidays" is to Christmas.
Give thanks to God.

A distinction without a difference in my view. In this country, the turkey is the symbol (the sacrificial lamb?) of Thanksgiving.
But even if this were not the case, the turkey here is not only appropriate--it is essential, given the fact that this is also a post about clinton pardons, clinton hypocrisy and clinton incompetence made from a fowl perspective. ;)
