Kinda hard to feel much sympathy for anybody in this story. (aside from us taxpayers who will ultimately pay for it)

It's justice for the employer & insurer to have to pay benefits as for anyone else, but our gov't should levy a confiscatory income tax on the earnings of illegals who are caught, as well as charging them and their government the costs- including admin overhead- of sending them back.
