Kelly, what is an efficient(*) organization that takes cash donations and sends care packages to in-theater troops? I'm sure they'd do a better job than we could of assuring that actual EDIBLE goodies arrived.
(*-- as in, the money doesn't get bled out through administrative and fundraising costs)
