God Bless Rush and his continuing support to our Troops.

BUT we can all pay tribute to our Troops by remembering them this Holiday Season. Rush is an inspiration to me in that he demonstrates what ONE person can do to change the world, and in this particular post, bring hope, inspiration and courage to our TROOPS defending OUR freedom.

There are many sites available on the Internet for everyone to send something to the troops. Just a simple Christmas card expressing your personal appreciation of what our men and women in uniform mean to you and your family is deeply appreciated by members of our United States Armed Forces.

Remember how thrilled you are when you get a Christmas card in the mail? Imagine what it will mean to someone serving in Iraq, Afghanistan or all other points in the world that our Troops are defending. Don't just talk the talk!

In my previous life I managed to rack up about 744,000 frequent flyer miles on United.

Last year at this time, I donated every one of them to the troops. UAL matched them. 1.5 million miles for some of the guys and girls to come home on. Got about 6 thank you letters over the course of the next 6 months. Made me feel pretty good.
