I forgot the ad was hitting Gore's health care plan. I am amazed that it is still available on the web. Thank you for finding it.

I played the video and was able to stop it where the "RATS" flashed against the black background. The "RATS" was part of the word "Bureaucrats." That the DemonRATs got their pants in a wad thinking the word referred to them shows that their rapid response team was on hair trigger. They shot themselves in the foot over the incident.
