I created the IVR Cheat Sheet to help you quickly get to a human when you are trying to call a company for service. (The term "IVR" stands for Interactive Voice Response, the fancy name for those annoying computers who answer most phones these days.)

heres a hint I use to work for AT&T in customer service... just ask for an agent or press zero twice.. :)

My own private way appears to be on his list.
I hit 0 several times, followed by # several times.
More times than not, I get to a real person.
I just hit zero until I get someone.
