Hey, Virginia had that years ago.Hispanics in DMV making false licences for pay.Result is a few people eventually got fired,everybody around here is hispanic,all the jobs and homes go to them with the assistance of the county which is imbedded with them.Worker services,houses healthcare,education.Rest of those anglos have to bust their ass in traffic for hours every day to compete for the same jobs.They can't afford to live closer.No problemo now we have hispanic local gov't and officials who grovel to the vote.No importanta.Taxes are high,curiously.
