Two buttons dosn't sound like an oopsie to me, especially if you need to hit something in addition for the audience to see it.
IN THE THIRD Picture, with the YELLOW "X", look at the tech's right hand, see those TWO LIT UP Buttons???
That's all it takes...he said they use the "X" in preview to sometimes indicate where to start a clip...
