I believe them as far as it being a graphic placement marker for their upcoming logo to bump out of the live coverage, but a switcher malfunction? Come on, it's a machine, yes, but it's run by a human being. A wise ass director who thought it would be funny to have X mark the spot right over the Vice President's face.

We have a new savior:
Cheney X
Like Malcolm X, only for older white guys with heart problems.
Cheney X is a spokesperson for the Nation of Bushlam.

If anyone is able to decipher what was overlaid in black on the caption below the big X....Asked and answered. It was "transition starts after 5 frames of black".

I tuned in late to Drudge on Hannity & Colmes last night, just catching them come back from a break. H&C already had an "X"
over Hannity, then over to Colmes before going back to Drudge.
Hannity quoted CNN that it was a "technical glitch".
I had no idea what they were talking about until I went to the Drudge Report.
My idea is for DHS to have a "technical glitch" and body cavity search whenever a CNN employee or member of the BoD
encounters a DHS "checkpoint".

I remember that she was seen with him a few times in public, but how serious it was I am not sure.

bologna... this would have been what they said in their statement issued yesterday if this was the case... this is such crap, but I think they'll be able to get this thing dismissed in the next day or so.

I recently read that someone working at CNN heard their associates break out laughing when the X appeared.

I've been programming computers for 20 years. No computer does anything unless someone tells it what to do. The chances of this being a "bug" - which means an unintentional flaw - in a program are zero.
