Is this girl going to face any charges? If this isnt worthy of the death penalty nothing is. What charges? Unless you can prove she knew beforehand that he was going to do it and planned to leave with him after the deed was done, there's nothing to charge.

That may be the cruix of the matter.
She 'may' have planned this with her boyfriend before returning home, but without a confession from either of them, the DA would have a hard time proving it.

Hmm seem to think that she should be investigated for exactly that. Did she conspire, did she know or suspectthat he would do this, did she help in setting up the meeting, did she help in any way of him abating police, did she provide money, etc....

What charges? Accessory to murder. Before or after-the-fact, whichever is pertinent.

Good grief. She left her bleeding parents to die and ran after her boyfriend. Probably had to step over them to get out of the house. It takes a really cold person to do something like that--her own parents. Yeah, I think she was in on it. I think she egged him on, moreover.

It's called Accessory after the fact.
She went with him, she chased him down. Her actions at that point made her an accessory after the fact, to the murder of her parents.
