I read it as hyperbole.

People who call for cutting and running do NOT support the troops.

I think this is unfair to him/her. I've been on the receiving end of his/her opinions and I find a pretty gung-ho attitude there. I am, for instance, far more dovish than CC is. And I'm not so sure CC is advocating some cut-and-run policy either.

Indeed I am not. My real point, maybe I'm too abstract, is that we need to make clear that this communique gets used as toilet paper by our military. "Militants = terrorists, and there should be no gray area concerning this point. This is a change in stance on the part of Iraqi officials including their President that must be corrected like yesterday. If the Iraqi Government sanctions this wrong thinking, then let the A-Holes fight it out, and we go back in when the shooting is done. I'm also ready for a frigging refund on all the money we spent to liberate these ungrateful basturds!

It's most amusing that you see his call to bring the troops home as 'hyperbole' and take my obviously tongue in cheek Murtha comment as a harmful attack on his character.

Support the troops. COMPLETE the Mission. If you don't, our sacrifices will have been fruitless.
