As soon as staff gets back inside, they are busting the same kids they were smoking with earlier. How's that for a double standard? What a world. When I was in school, one reason they provided a smoking lounge for the teachers was because the students weren't supposed to see the teachers smoking. Now they're commiserating with each other. I'm surprised they didn't just invoke the Weyco Rule.

How would the Weyco Rule be significant here? School staff are usually part of a teachers union that could protect employees rights. In this case, a labor union might be better than working for a business that can fire at will.
