Cuz you know how trustworthy that socially progressive Clinton administration was. And as to efficacy, if you're looking for it in government, you'd stand a better chance of finding Al Sharpton's KKK card.

The author of that "farticle" has no idea of the ideological rigidity on campus. Socialism in one form or another runs rampant throughout academia. Many years ago, back when Florida was still Florida, not the Sheeple's Republic of FloriDUH, there was a committee called the John's Committee which looked into possible Communists on campus.

The conclusion was aptly worded: "The university is full of Commies and queers." Entropy assures us that the situation has degenerated since then.
