In the case of that teacher who got the kids to kill her husband--they were tried as ADULTS. If I'm not mistaken they were at least 17 in any event.
Just because someone is 14, doesn't mean they aren't responsible for certain actions.
The sniper, Malvo, was taken advantage of by John Allen Muhamad--so what? he was a cold-blooded killer.
No one could have taken advantage of me like that at 14, 17 or 10. Some people are better than others, some are weaker, some are more prone to acts of evil or intense selfishness.
SO where is the cut off here? 10? 11? 12?
