I don't think so. I read what she told her friend and now that we know he had been plotting and making video of his plans, I have very little doubt she knew this could happen.

Nope, my dad would have killed ME if I even thought about spending the night out at 14. Couldn't even go on a date till 16, and even then my little sister had to go along. I doubt these parents encouraged her to spend the night out either, hence the fight and subsequent murders.
