Camden and Newark are not all of New Jersey. There are many great areas of New Jersey that are holding out from the influence of the corruption in Trenton. This is why many in the NYC area are moving to these pockets of decency...

Jersey city has undergone a fairly amazing revitalization.

Morristown comes to mind. I went there and understood why NJ calls itself "The Garden State." It was beautiful!
