A community college in northwestern New Jersey is investigating a part-time instructor who vowed to intimidate students who host conservative speakers at the school. The teacher also called for U.S. soldiers in Iraq to kill their superiors. At issue is a personal e-mail written by John Daly, adjunct instructor in writing and developmental English at Warren County Community College in Washington, N.J. He sent it to a student after she asked him and other faculty members to announce that a veteran of the war in Iraq would appear at the school.

ROFLMAO!!
When I was in the National Guard, I had an instructor who managed to incorporate the phrase "per se" into just about everything he said. It got to the point where one of the other students and I kept track of how many times it was said one day just for fun. I think he made it to 22.
And I'm pretty sure he had no idea of the real meaning of "per se", per se.

While I don't mind being wrong about grounds to burn this gentleman, I note that similar statements are heard constantly, and action taken, like in the the case of Jane Fonda, without legal action being pursued. Someone, sometime, has had to have started an action given such a clear and unambiguous statute. It would be instructive to read the opinion of a court that stopped it or them from going forward.

Any statute or law is a point, and a point has to have a background to make it visible. The constitution underlies all statutes. I think a national effort to deal with an emergency using the military has to be declared under constitutional authority to make this statute visible.

The American university system is a liberal/leftist fraternity for an by liberal/leftists. Anybody applying for a position must be part of the old boy liberal/leftist network. You are not accepted unless you are. Diversity of skin color is worshiped while diversity of thought (conservative) is condemned and punished as evidenced by this radical professor.

See http://warren.edu

"Tonight’s meeting of the Board was initially called to consider what if any action would be taken. As we prepared for that meeting, we received word from Mr. Daly that he had tendered his resignation from WCCC effective immediately. The Board has accepted his resignation."

Cheers,
Lloyd
