Dark-skinned people are routinely harassed on the streets, and a growing number have been killed in racially motivated attacks. As things look now, ethnic hatred is only going to intensify.

Then in 1990's when the Chechens tried to regain independence Russians invaded their country for the third and fourth times killing roughly 200 thousand people.
