Last week I was called by the RNC for a donation/membership renewal. I gave the lady an ear full and told her that I do not plan on donating for not getting the work done that they have promised for years- immigration, reduced government spending, line item veto, etc. I told her ILLEGAL immigration costs me extensive tax dollars already in health & car insurances, food subsidies, property taxes for their education they don't take advantage of, etc. Well, after three minutes she told me she "had to go" as I guess her call quota would show too low!! Tightening the money reins will make them listen to US!

I totally get your angst with being sold out on the illegal alien issue. I too am utterly exasperated with the lack of action and nothing but empty promises that "something will be done" after we get screwed by yet another amnesty for illegals.

It's because of that crap that I made this parody on what to send the RNC when they ask for money. I even released a supersized printer-friendly version for such use.   :o)

Anything that can be done to limit or eliminate entry to this country by criminal illegal means should be pre-eminent. However its really how vigilant we are in ridding ourselves of those we catch and those who are responsible for bringing the illegals in in the first place. This is how you address the problem and not just deal with the symptom!
