Yes, they are outside.

NWCN now has it. Callers are reporting shots fired inside, maybe gang activity. My Dad is across the highway, reports dozens of police cars. My friend is stuck in the parking lot in traffic, was on the way in but now is stuck trying to leave the parking lot. She talked to people who'd run out right at first.

This is my bet. When I saw the Fox news story (basically, we don't know jack, here's a pic of what we don't know. We're talking like we're really concerned) and I saw "Food Court" on the building. If the activity was in the Food Court, my money is on gang activity. Gangs always hang out at the food court. I've noticed that the Southcenter Mall has the same thing going on. Tension pretty high.

I guess LEOs solution will be a timeout.
