Well, it could be CNN trying to get hopes up, so that they can dash them and hurt the war effort and Bush even more (rolling eyes)
Either that or perhaps the WH told Fox they didn't think we got him to lower expectations.
I'd rather the WH say: We're picking up the pieces, we'll let you know what we find.
