"Its not wrong to pray that God brings justice on a mass murderer."

Of course one can "pray" anyway they want. That being said, God Justice clearly is not on this earth. If it were, there would not be so much injustice out there... There's absolutely no indication that God has been "smiting the bad guys" for the last several thousand years anyway. Do you think he would have waited this long to take care of this raghead creep if he were inclined to intervene?

I'm not against praying. But if you are going to invoke prayer, perhaps asking God to change the hearts of the raghead evildoers would be more appropriate. JMHO

I suspect you have not been reading the Bible carefully, because it records that God does bring justice, and oftentimes on this earth. May I suggest you look up Agag and Jezebel.
