I saw a photo online that showed the results of a sniper's bullet on a terrorist insurgent in Iraq. Those things literally turn a head inside out. Quite effective.

Probably looked something like this:

Interesting pic. Note the brand new sneakers and what appear to be brand new ballistic nylon mag pouches. This guy doesn't look like you're average 'dead ender' to me.

Other than the fact that he's dead of course.
