It sounds like the jihadists' constitutional rights were violated. Were they allowed to have an attorney with them? Did the soldiers have a search warrant? Did a civilian judge review all the information to be sure that they had the right jihadists? Couldn't the soldiers just have fired their guns into the air and scare off the jihadists? Did someone really have to get hurt? Isn't killing someone bad? We wouldn't have been there in the first place if it wasn't for that psychopath Bush.
