I agree with you that there is no info in this report other then the results. But that is true in any article. We can only derive a conclusion from premises.

And please don't misunderstand. I am grateful for the skill and courage of the SAS and my hats off to them for an outstanding job. They are hero's. So it is my conclusion, without knowing all the facts and will never, that they should have taken this joint out.
