I also might continue that story, with the intent of seeing how utterly bizarre I can make it.

are men necessary? bump Of course they are. Who else would eat all the delectable pies and other culinary treats the gals whip up?
...not to mention serve as a counterbalance when the ladies get a little fickle and try to promote Rudy G. for Pres.

I would buy it. Definitely!
Will it be like 'Misery' or 'The Body' ('Stand by Me')? If it will be like 'Graveyard Shift,' with all those killer rats, I don't know if I can take it. ;)
One of my favorites: 'The Dead Zone,' which is being played out right here, right now.
We FReepers are the prescient Christopher Walken character. The dangerous, self-serving, power-hungry scum of a Senator/Presidential Candidate, Greg Stillson, played by Martin Sheen, is, of course, missus clinton.
We will expose the despicable clinton as she, just like Sheen, shields her decaying and worthless low-center-of-gravity corpus with the clintons' favorite prop: 'the children.'

Want me to do it?I double-dog dare you. Just write a couple hours every day and get a first draft down, don't worry about it being the Great American Novel to start. And if you haven't already read King's "on Writing" it is fairly interesting.
I have the outline of a novel in my head and it is still trying to get out, but it isn't quite ready to come out yet.

What often separates great art from not-so-great art is knowing when to stop.Curiously, that's also what defines great sex.
With most women, they define 'great sex with Laz' as a restraining order, a can of mace, and miles of distance from me.

Scared yet?
