Reform Jews are Socialists and depraved promoters of leftist ideology and the homosexual agenda.

The above is a rather nasty broad brush smear. I think attacking anyone's religion, or branch thereof, that way, is well, simply wrong, and not moral or right. You are replicating the execrable tactics of the clueless, and I think fund raising, rabbi that is the subject of this thread. That is how I see it and call it.

What smear? The truth is not a smear. I was a Deformed Jew. I know from what I speak. The typical Deformed "Rabbi"'s sermon sounds like a rant from Howard Dean, and actual religious content is an afterthought. The Deformed espousal of the homosexual agenda is particularly despicable.

Well, fine. Just visit their website to find out what they have to say about themselves. I think it is fair and reasonable to judge a denomination by the leaders who represent it.

Read my post 92. Reform Jews past a certain age are -generally- not very sincere in their faith anymore. In fact, they don't even accept the Bible as given by G-d anymore. Some of the Rabbis don't believe in G-d. They have some openly gay and lesbian Rabbis. And they do, generally (almost universally perhaps even), promote a leftist social agenda.

This is not to say it applies to all of them, but I'd say it applies to a fairly large majority. It's unfortunate. They really were a denomination started with great ideas, by great men, and had noble intentions. The problem was some of their ideas worked too well, and they got carried away with others, and confused others still for political movements of the day (e.g. confusing socialism for social justice).
