Because "Not Guilty" is not the same as "Innocent" "Not Guilty" means the state couldn't prove it, not that the accused didn't do it.
First thing, I never paid any attention to the Robert Blake case except to notice that he didn't EVER seem to be worried about being convicted of it.
Secondly, I am also 100% sure OJ damn near decapitated 2 people.
I have no idea of Blake's innocence or guilt, but the fact you state disregards the clear fact that Ballistic tests showed that the bullets that killed bonnie were not fired from the gun Blake had on him at the time.
He verywell could have had a second gun stashed in the car and killed her with that, but the caliber of the guns had nothing to do with it.
I'm sorry, but I agree with him. Of course, we know he did it, but this being tried again, for money, is so outrageous .... that's what I think.
I actually corrected that statement earlier in the post. Blake had a revolver..she was shot with a p38 which was found nearby in a dumpster. the balistics matched that gun but the prosecution couldn't provide a picture of Blake actually shooting his wife so the jury was hung. My question is this: Why did his revolver fall out of his pocket? Was it because his p38 throw away gun was in his shoulder rig?
LOL! Could be :-)
Memo from Blake to OJ:
"You're NOT HELPING."
Look at the bright side OJ. You have a new golf partner and you can go looking for the real killers together.
It looks like the "real killer" might be a serial killer. Los Angeles must be feeling unsafe right now.
