Description: There is a distinct difference between the public policies endorsed by liberals and the policies they actually adhere to in their private lives. That's the case made by Hoover Fellow Peter Schweizer in his new book, "Do As I Say (Not As I Do): Profiles in Liberal Hypocrisy." In it, the author chronicles what he believes to be a double-standard among Michael Moore, Ralph Nader, Noam Chomsky, and Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-MA) when it comes to issues such as environmentalism, corporate America, and tax cuts for the wealthy.
Author Bio: Peter Schweizer is the author of several books including "Reagan's War: The Epic Story of His Forty-Year Struggle and Final Triumph Over Communism" and "The Bushes: Portrait of a Dynasty." He has written articles for USA Today, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and is currently a research fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University.

Thanks for the heads-up.
I just got the book and I endorse it completely. It can actually be read in one day. It is a read any and all of us will enjoy.
I, too, just received my copy and read it in one day.
Why are only the lefty Libs allowed by the MSM to be secret hypocrites? I always check out books for Christmas gifts and this is going to at least five people! Note: it'll never get reviewed by the NYT Book Review; that rag should be called the Liberal Book Review because that's all they write about!
I notice that even now: 9AM on Saturday, the liberal
CSPAN doesn't deem this show worthy of putting in their
schedule listing for Sunday. . . CSPAN 2 goes only to 9AM.
Now is that bias or what? Demand your cable company to disist from funding this arm of the 'RAT party!
The link is right there on the front page.

Off topic:
It has come to light that Harry Reid has admitted he did not review the pre war intelligence reports prepared by the CIA at the direct request of the Democrats.
And Rockefeller admitted that only six Senators have reviewed the same documents.
Now this means that, sadly, very few Republicans reviewed the documents either.
But Republicans aren't the ones complaining about pre war intelligence report manipulation.
It seems the RNC could make an effective commercial that the left complains about the manipulation of intelligence reports but admit they haven't read them. So how could the left make a judgement that intelligence was manipulated?
