I guess technically it isnt his bill since it was the republicans that forced the issue and wanted a vote on the issue one way or another.

I loved that they called for a vote that was recorded.

Am I seeing this right the R that voted yea, changed his mind.

I asked this earlier, but got no response.

I've seen Murtha in two inteviews today trying to explain his position. In both, he said he's not for "withdrawing". He wants to "pull back" to where our troops aren't targets.

Neither interviewer asked what he meant. Does he want to station them back in Saudi Arabia? Jordan (get real). Turkey...oops, already tried that.

I vote for...Syria!

No, seriously. Has Murtha clarified just where he wants the troops to go?
