The Rats are cutting Murtha's legs off at the knees and running for the hills tonight.

There is also news that ethics charges are coming up on him for some financial shenanigans he may be involved in. He will be know as "Cut and Run" and as Eddie Murphy says on one of his comedy skits as a "Walking the dog, No house MF"
